Be Pasih Mepanggang Sambal Matah
(Balinese Marinated Grilled Fish with fresh Balinese Sambal) Serves 4
You will need:
- 1 kg Fish Fillet (Mahi-Mahi); cut into 200 gr
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp Ground White Pepper
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 200 g Spice Paste
- Coconut Oil

- 125 g Spice Paste
- 125 ml Coconut Oil
