Be Pasih Mepanggang Sambal Matah


(Balinese Marinated Grilled Fish with fresh Balinese Sambal) Serves 4

You will need:

  • 1 kg Fish Fillet (Mahi-Mahi); cut into 200 gr
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp Ground White Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 200 g Spice Paste
  • Coconut Oil


Grilling Paste’s Ingredients:

  • 125 g Spice Paste
  • 125 ml Coconut Oil
