Lawar Ayam
You will need:
- 600 g Long Bean; blanched and cut into slices of 0.5 cm thick
- 120 g Grated Coconut; roasted
- 6 cloves of Garlic; peeled, sliced and fried
- 8 pcs Shallots; peeled, sliced and fried
- 2 pcs Large Red Chillies; seeded and cut into fine strips
- 3 tbsp of Fried Chilli Dressing
- 2 tbsp of Yellow Paste
- 1 tbsp of Kaffir Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp of Fried Shallots for garnish
Dressing’s ingredients:
- 250 g Minced Chicken
- 2 tbsp of Yellow Paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 Banana Leaf; cut into a 30 cm square
