Tum Tahu
You will need:
- 600 g tofu; minced
- 3 tbsp of Spice Paste
- 4 pcs Hot Chillies; chopped
- 1 tbsp of Palm Sugar; chopped
- 80 ml Coconut Cream
- 150 g Grated Coconut
- 60 g Shallot; peeled and sliced
- 40 g Garlic; peeled and sliced
- 20 g Turmeric; peeled and sliced
- A pinch of salt
- 3 – 4 pcs Black Pepper Corn; crusted
- 12 pcs Salam Leaf
- 12 pcs Banana Leaf; each cut into 20 cm
- Squares and a few extreme strips
- Bamboo skewers/tooth picks
